What's Brew Your Own Beer All About?

Well, for years, far too many to remember, i've spent probably tens of thousands of pounds in pubs. As part of a cost cutting exercise a few years back and with the ever increasing prices for a pint over the bar it made me think about going about making my own beer. So with that, I looked at an alternative way of getting a good quality beer in the home.

My father used to make his own beer and wine, so with that it was decided I too was going to give it a dabble.

There are many places you can buy the equipment needed to make your home brew, like wilkos or boots. On the site we've detailed a few products from online shops that may be of use.

Throughout the years, I've made a few dozen kits of most kinds and although the instructions on the side of these kits are descriptive enough to get the job done, sometimes a little extra information can help understand the process and why we do what we do.
